Your Opening-Weekend Plan
Install One Weekend. Ride the Next.
No shop needed. Plan it for the weekend before your first day on the lake.
- Gather your tools. A squirt bottle of water, soap, a hair dryer or heat gun, rubbing alcohol, a squeegee, a soft towel and scissors. Pick a clean, dust-free spot like the garage.
- Clean every panel. Scrub the plastics and remove all old adhesive. Rinse, dry, then wipe down with rubbing alcohol.
- Lay the graphics. Mist the plastic with soapy water, set each graphic from the center out, and squeegee the water out. Use a little heat on the curves. Plan on about 4 hours, and take your time.
- Let it set. Give it at least 24 hours before you ride. 48 to 72 hours is even better.
- Launch. Trailer up, back it down the ramp, and show off the new look.
